How is my money at IHMVCU insured?
Your deposits are federally insured by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), up to $250,000 per owner. Okay, but what does that actually mean? Great question. We break it down for you.
Why do I show double payments due on my mortgage?Any mortgage payment made after the payment due date will reflect two payments due until the current payment posts.
For example: your payment is due Jan 1. You log in to online banking on Jan 2 to make your payment. It shows two payments due (Jan 1 and the upcoming Feb 1). Once your Jan 1 payment posts, it'll just show the upcoming Feb 1 payment.
When will my loan payment post?Any mortgage or home equity payment made will post by noon the next business day. All other loan payments including home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) will post the same day.
My name recently changed. How do I get my account updated with my new name? You can update the name on your account by stopping by any branch location (name changes cannot be done through the drive-up). Please bring a state or government issued photo ID along with legal proof of the name change.
