FINANCIAL CENTER VS. BRANCH . . . WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE & WHY?
The difference you ask? Really it's the experience. We strive to continuously improve the member experience. The financial center layout allows us to immediately greet you and assist you as needed. If you need to do a simple transaction like depositing a check, we can help you or you can use our self-service ITM (interactive teller machine) and complete the deposit on your own. Either way, we'll be there to guide you.
We know self-service can mean many things. For us, it's simple! It means that we'll have more time to interact with members, dive deeper into financial conversations and truly identify ways we can help improve a members' financial health. INTERACTIVE TELLER MACHINES
We're excited to be the first in the Quad Cities to introduce interactive teller machines (ITMs)! With the ITMs you can do just about anything you can think of doing when you come to the credit union.
