What to do if you think you’ve experienced fraud
Think you’ve been targeted by fraud? Don’t panic. Act fast to stop the damage before it gets worse!
- Unauthorized transactions: If you don’t recognize a transaction posted to your account, immediately contact us.
- Lost/stolen cards: If it’s during business hours and your card is lost or stolen, or you suspect fraud or identity theft, please call us at 309-793-6200. If it's after business hours and you've lost your card, suspect fraud, or think you may be a victim of identity theft, call 844-697-2553.
- Unauthorized check cashed from your account: If a check is cashed from your account that you didn’t approve, you’ll need to visit a branch in-person to resolve the issue.
- Online and mobile banking compromised: If you clicked on a suspicious link or shared your online banking information, immediately change your password and then contact us.
