Part-time Member Service Representative (MSR) - Quad Cities region and DeWitt
Responsible for providing excellent member services and providing a variety of financial transactions. Develop member relationships and identify opportunities to cross sell products that will benefit the member. The successful candidate can follow cash handling procedures and balance cash drawer consistently, as well as promote and foster a positive attitute and demeanor with co-workers and members. Candidate must have excellent communication, presentation, organization, service and problem solving skills.
IT Support Tech Intern
Responsible for resetting password, obtain RTI, assess and assign tickets to team members, assist with asset management and create new hire accounts, as well as prioritize incoming IT support requests, resolve common end user desktop application, hardware, and network support issues, re-assign and escalate issues requiring assistance from other IT staff, and document issues and processes thoroughly. The successful candidate must have excellent communication and customer service skills, be self-motivated, confident and eager to learn. Designed for students pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
