Responsible for assisting the manager in the supervision of the Collections team; collections efforts to reduce losses to the Credit Union; and assisting the member in repairing their credit. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 4 years consumer and real estate collection experience; 2 years supervisory experience; and experience with collection software and skip tracing. Candidate must have excellent communication, presentation, organization, service and problem solving skills.
Quality Assurance Specialist
Responsible for the development and implementation of a Quality Assurance program for the credit union, including working closely with Internal Audit and Enterprise Risk Management departments to ensure all department policies and procedures are being adhered to as chosen my management. The successful candidate must 2-4 years of related experience in a financial or banking environment; the ability to identify risks and appropriate operational/compliance controls; and education of a high school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred. Candidate must have excellent communication, presentation, organization, service and problem solving skills.
