All Interactive Video Teller (IVT) agents are located at our headquarters in Moline.
Is there anything I can't do at an ITM?
Just a few. You can't use the ITM to make a bill payment (like MidAmerican or MediaCom), but you can make a loan payment. You can't open an account, apply for a loan or purchase a money order or cashier's check.
